August 2008
The National PTA developed the Reflections Program in 1969, to interest
children, parents, teachers, and communities in the arts. Since then,
thousands of students have participated in this program
each year, and have enjoyed the benefits of having their creative talents
recognized and self-esteem developed. With your support, more children will
be enriched through the arts.
This year’s theme, “Wow!” will stimulate a different response from last
year’s “I Can Make A Difference By…” theme. I look forward to seeing how
children interpret this concept. Following is the information needed for the
2008-2009 Reflections Program.

Submissions for this year's first edition are now being accepted. Deadline
is November 21.
