•	one pack of loose-leaf paper(wide ruled only)
•	12 sharpened pencils
•	2 boxes of facial tissues
•	1 box of Ziploc bags( sandwich or gallon size)
•	2(two)- 1-2 inch 3 ring binders- floppy not hard
•	5 strong pocket folders with three holes to fit in binders
•	A 2 pocket plastic portfolio folder with fasteners in the middle
(students will use this folder as a take home folder and fasten school
issued planners in the middle).
•	2 packages of dividers for 3 ring notebook with pockets
•	2 marble notebooks( black and white) 
•	Thin magic markers
•	24 pack of Crayons
•	Colored Pencils
•	5 glue sticks
•	Scotch tape
•	1 pink rubber eraser
•	A small container to keep all supplies in (pencils, erasers,
scissors etc).
•	Scissors
•	1 package of antibacterial wipes
•	Hand held pencil sharpener
•	2 bags of pretzels for a backup snack supply
•	Sugar free gum to share with class
•	$6.00 for Time for kids subscription for the school year, placed in
a sealed envelope with your child’s name marked on the outside.
