                  TEST (pages 35-43 chapter 2)

Wednesday 10-28:   Read Carbohydrate supplemental note sheet.  Dehydration
                   Syntheis & Hydrolysis

Thursday 10-29:    Work on Lab # 7  Carbohydrate Models
