 What happened to the Stevenson Singers?
When the school went to  a k-3 format, I decided to include all 2nd and 3rd 
graders in the choir. Throughout the year we will be learning a lot of songs 
that we can sing out at different events.
We've started working on a Disney medley  and have a show about food to work 
on.

Throughout the year we get asked to sing at various events. The dates will 
be listed on this website as they come along.

 Why do you have class productions?
The students learn a lot from working together on a play.
They learn teamwork,musical expression,concentration,patterning,history 
among many other things.

 Are there standards for music?
Yes. There are national anbd state standards in music. Here at Stevenson we
cover every standard in the course of a year.
