Instructions:
Hi Everyone!
You can use this page to keep track of the books you read for the 
Summer Reading requirement.  You are supposed to read four books on 
your reading level.  I suggest that you read different kinds of 
books (some fiction, some non-fiction, etc.).  When you finish 
reading a book, come on to my website to record the Title, Author, 
and a brief summary of the book.  When you return to school in the 
Fall, I can print out your summaries for you so you can use them 
when you take the Accelerated Reader quizzes.
