National Library Of Virtual Manipulatives: Click in the box "Numbers & 
Operations" for Grades 3-5.  Choose the activity "Base Block Addition" 
or "Base Block Subtraction".  Move the base ten blocks around to solve 
problems.  In addition, "lasso" a group of ten blocks to crate a rod, flat, 
or cube by holding down the mouse button and dragging a box around 10 
blocks.  In subtraction, break apart a block by dragging it from its column 
to the column to the right.
