All students will be given 5 behavior points per day. Students will only receive 3 behavior points for each day absent from school. Behavior points will be used as a test grade. Two behavior point test grades will be counted for each quarter. The purpose of the behavior points is so that students are held accountable for their behavior within the classroom. Students are cautioned because behavior points can hurt as well as help their grade point average. Students will maintain their daily 5 points as long as they come to class on time, complete classwork, and behave appropriately (language, peer interaction, etc.). We are all responsible for our own behavior and our actions in the classroom.
