The students will be given a homework worksheet each week.
This sheet provides spaces so that the students can write their
homework for each night of the week. Also, there is a place for the you
to sign the form so that you are informed of the homework
each night.
The amount of homework each night will be between 15-30 minutes.
The homework that I provide is a review of the day and it will never be
graded. The students will have math and language art homework each
night along with studying for their spelling test. Parents, I encourage
you to assist your child with any of the homework. Thanks!!
Here is the list of homework and tests that are given during a normal 5 day
week schedule:
Monday: Math, Spelling, and writing spelling words if not completed during
class time
Tuesday: Math, Grammar
Wednesday: Math, Reading
Thursday: Math, Spelling, *Grammar Test
Friday: *Spelling Test, * Reading Book Test
*If we have a 4 day week than the Grammar Test is changed to Friday.
