Dear Parents and Friends of SPS,

We have decided to try a new way to get volunteers to help us to keep a “safe environment” at recess. Many families are not showing up on their scheduled days, and we need your help. We are grateful to those who do come.  We are trying not to charge all families a “recess fee” so that we can hire help.   For December and January we ask you to please volunteer on a day that you are available to come for recess.  You can volunteer for as many days as you wish. Please email Mr. Kraemer at spskraemer@yahoo.com and let him know the days that you are available. Also, return the hard copy to the school office.

We hope this new system will work and our students will be able to have a fun, safe, and enjoyable recess inside or outside. Once again, if you volunteer, we will not have to begin to charge families a "recess fees" so that we can hire recess supervisors.

Thank you in advance for helping us. The children are happy to see their parents at recess; you will brighten their day.

We do ask that each family choose two or more committees to help at St. Philip School each year.
