Change Web Address/Consolidate Listings
If your teachers are listed under more than one school name - e.g.
AppletonHighSchool and AppletonHS - you can consolidate the teachers under one school name by
changing the URLs that include a non-standard school name. If a web uses an account code, you can use that account code as the password to change its web address.
Remember to let the teachers know if you change their web address and have them tell anyone who may have bookmarked the old URL to update the bookmark.
The URL is the basis of our Teacher Index. After all webs are moved out of an obsolete directory, please email us at accounts@TeacherWeb.com to remove the empty directory listing from the Teacher Index.

Delete Web
To Delete a site, go to the sites update index (click a bottom divider line in Classic). You can then log into the site management backend using that site’s password. Click the My Account Tab at the top, then Account Information, click Delete My Account. You will then be taken to the steps to remove the account. Deleted webs are recoverable for up to one month if you should make an error.

Enter Account Code Into One Web
Remember that in order for TeacherWeb® sites to remain active, they need to have your school's account code entered into them. To enter an account code, go to the pages Update Index, select Payments, enter the password, then choose the Enter Account Code option to enter the account code into the site. |

List Account Code Status and Last-Updated Date For All Webs In A Directory
You can check which webs are using your account code and, optionally, see the Last Updated Date for each web. This is done on a directory by directory basis. If you have four schools listed in our Teacher Index, the report needs to be run for each of those four schools. The report also shows when the account code expires.

Get A Web's Password
Teachers who have forgotten their password can have it emailed to them by going to their web's Update Index page and clicking on the Change Password/Get Password link. (Note: The system will send the password to the email address associated with that TeacherWeb® site. If the email address is entered incorrectly into the site, you as the Tech Coordinator can request the password from us by emailing us at accounts@TeacherWeb.com) |

Restrict Your Directory
If your school has all its teachers on TeacherWeb, we can restrict your school directory so that nobody can create a site under your directory in our Teacher Index unless they know your account code. Please contact us at accounts@TeacherWeb.com |
