New Calendar List View

The new calendar will allow you to post and mange events as well as event detail.  You can view the calendar in two ways, monthly or list.  Events can be categorized giving you the ability to filter what your students and parents see.  Visitors to your site will also be able to filter categories for easy viewing.

Another unique feature is the ability to create hidden events.  Within your update page you are able to create an event that will not publish until the day(s) you set.  (hint...pop quiz!)  Try using the new calendar as a homework page or even a lunch menu!  The new calendar will continue to evolve as we receive customer feedback.  If you have any suggestions, please contact us at Info@TeacherWeb.com.

Mrs. Dunn uses TeacherWeb®'s frame style with her website.  TeacherWeb® offers the default icon style page as well as the frame style above.  If you want to try frame style on your website, just go to the Update Index Page.  From there click the button "Color Themes/ Styles/ Fronts" and choose Frame Style.  This is a great way to change up your website for a fresh new look.

TeacherWeb® is always looking for new and innovative ways in which our product is used.  If you have a great site or know of another teacher's site, we would love to hear about it.  Email us at Info@TeacherWeb.com.

Tip of the Month

Do you need lesson plans?  Are you running out of time?  Would you like access to over 20,000 completely web-based lessons?

Try out TeacherWeb's WebQuests.  WebQuests are completely web based lessons that are also aligned to state and national standards.  TeacherWeb's WebQuests are created for educators by educators.  All materials for completing the WebQuest are available on the site or through the internet links. A WebQuest is fully usable by teachers from any school.  WebQuest content must include a "Task" and a "Process" towards a clear student deliverable.  Any TeacherWeb® user has the ability to create a WebQuest.   Create your own WebQuest here!
Stop by and see us at TCEA in Austin, TX - Feb. 3rd - 6th

Don't forget that TeacherWeb® offers School and District solutions as well.  Let your principal, superintendent, or even the PTA/PTO know about TeacherWeb® as they may want to get it for the entire faculty!  Email Info@TeacherWeb.com for more information on becoming a TeacherWeb® school.
