Graduated from The University of Texas at Tyler with a B.S. in 1991.
I began my college education majoring in Mechanical Engineering and switched
my degree plan to major in Mathematics and minor in Education after my
Sophomore year of college. I taught my first 2 years at Grand Saline High
School and taught the last 16 years at Brazoswood High School. I began my
time at Brazoswood High School as the Head Volleyball Coach and Varsity
Assistant Track coach from 1992 to 2000. I left coaching to devote
more time to my family and church. I graduated from the Vineyard Leadership
Institute in 2002. The training was for church leadership development and
biblical studies. My participation in the two year training was to be of
more value to our church body at the Brazosport Vineyard Church. I am
involved in my church as a member of the Pastoral Council and in various
other ministries. I am currently teaching Algebra at the Brazoswood 9th
Grade Center and teaching a devolpmental Algebra class at Brazosport College
two nights a week. I have been married for 21 years and have two
children.
