used?  (If no computer, answer "none.")

If it is not being used, what do you need to use it?  (If it has 
not been connected to Internet, and this is what you need, 
say "need a drop.")

If you don't have a student computer and want one (or more), please 
let me how many, and what you want to use it/them for.

How often would you like to take a class to a computer lab?  Do you 
want it reserved for the entire period?

If you have a computer and don't really feel you will use it, 
please let me know that.  (We may be able to find it a new home.)

Any other comments or questions about student computers in 
classrooms?

If you know of any computers that were moved without the help of 
Technology, please let me know where they are so we can notify Tech 
Services of their location, and get the computer name updated.
