 My student is having trouble with HTML.  What can I do to help?
If you have the Internet at home, you may want to encourage your student to 
visit the Links page and try some of the HTML Tutorials.  These will be 
posted soon.

 Can my student work on Web Mastering assignments at home?
No.  All work must be done at school on the district network.

 When are you available for extra help?
I am usually in my room at 7:30 each morning, unless I have a meeting.  I 
stay about an hour after school most days.  Feel free to contact me to see 
if your student has made it to tutorials.

 How can I see my student's grades in your class?
Take the link to the Grades page in this Web site and input your student's 5 
digit ID.  If you don't know this number, you may call the counselor's 
office or contact me.

 What kind of work do students do in the first semester of Web Mastering?
After foundation vocabulary, students learn graphic editing and 
manipulation, HTML, how to create animations using Photoshop, and then they 
will create a several page Web site using HTML.

 What do students learn in the second semester of Web Mastering?
We learn to use software to create Web sites, including Microsoft FrontPage, 
Macromedia Dreamweaver and Flash.  Students learn how to create animations 
using Flash, and ways to add interactivity to Web sites.

 What is my student learning in Multimedia first semester?
Students learn basic Windows and Internet vocabulary, as well as software 
related to MM, such as Publisher, Photoshop/Elements, Goldwave (sound 
editing) and PowerPoint.

 How can my student get extra help in Multimedia?
Tutorials are available nearly every morning from 7:45 to 8:20 and at least 
2 afternoons per week.

 What will my student learn in the second semester of Multimedia?
Animation using Macromedia Flash, video editing using Movie Maker II, more 
in PowerPoint, and then they will put all of it together in a final project.

 Should my student take other Technology classes or just 1 needed to graduate?
As department chair and a parent, I recommend that students take several 
Technology classes to help them in their future endevours.  The minimum is 
not enough for most students.
