About Cathy Chavez

I graduated from the University of Tennessee in 1977 with a 
B.S. in Elementary Education and a specialization in Special 
Education. Acquired an E.S.L. endorsement in Bilingual Education 
in 1989. Received my Masters of Arts from the New Mexico State 
University in 1998 with a M.A. in Curriculum and Instruction with
a specialization in Educational Technology. I have been an educator
in Texas for over 30 years.
