We made it through the first quarter. By now you should have received your
child's 1st qtr report card. Please sign it and have your child return it to
his/her homeroom teacher.
8th grade teachers will begin to get more and more strict as the year goes
on in hopes of preparing students for the more rigorous constraints of high
school.
3 tardies to class = detention
4th tardy to class = referral
3rd tardy to school = automatic ISS from the front office
I will remind students that most assignments will not be accepted late. ANY
grade at all is better than a "0".
NHI = Not Handed In ("0")
Parents remember: November 26 is a half day. Students will be dismissed at
12:30 for the Thanksgiving Holiday. There will be NO school November 27 or
28.
