Welcome to Carter Lake Elementary, home of the Screaming Eagles. Nestled among the squadrons of McChord Air Field and the Battalions of JBLM. Carter Lake takes pride in working with its community of learners to ensure academic and social achievement for all students. We will continue to maintain our level of distinction through continued partnerships, high expectations, and an unwavering commitment to the success for every child. Parents and community members are encouraged to volunteer in our school. Every effort or assistance in meeting our mission is appreciated and welcomed. We look forward to the 2012-13 school year. This year will be continue to implement Positive Behavior Intervention Supports, School Behavior Health and Standards Based Grading. Parent involvement is essential to the success of these programs.
